Mr.Edward Deng started his professional career in the international commercial law area. By working in the High People’s Court and later in an American law firm, he focused on maritime, trading, investment, merge & acquisition and banking. Later he extended the experience to accounting, tax, finance, ERP system implementation, in the industries of telecommunication, software development, property & casualty insurance, mining machine, international trading, mortgage, federal government contractor and food chains. He has been certified as a CPA since 1996.

邓海桐先生在国际商法领域开始其专业生涯。先是在中国一个高级法院经济庭，后在美国一律师事务所，专责海商海事，贸易投资，公司并购和金融法律事务。后来转入会计，税务，财务，经营管理会计软件的开发和应用。专业经验跨电话电信，软件开发，保险，矿山机械，国际贸易，金融贷款，政府项目和饮食连锁机构等行业。邓海桐先生于一九九六年获注册会计师执照。
